The paraplanning talent gap won’t close if the only people who can reach the profession are the ones who already had a way in. The PlannerPath Impact Fund exists to remove the financial barriers that keep capable people out.
What it does

Back demonstrated ability
Direct support toward people who have shown genuine competency through their work on the platform — evidence first, not background.
Widen the pipeline
A broader, more diverse pool of proven paraplanners is exactly what the profession needs — closing the talent gap and opening the door at the same time.
